At Hi-Ho Energy Services, we realize that what appeals to one customer may not appeal to another. As a result, we have always done our best to offer a variety of pricing programs sure to meet all of the needs of our customers. From predictability to flexibility, and everything in between, we are sure to have something for everyone. And with our SmartPay program, automatic checking withdrawal, and auto credit card charges (including American Express!), paying for the fuel you use has never been easier.
Automatic Delivery
Receiving deliveries of Bioheat® from Hi-Ho couldn’t be easier. We recommend that all our customers enroll in our automatic delivery service which ensures consistent, timely deliveries throughout the year at no additional cost to you. We calculate your fuel consumption based on past usage and adjust your delivery schedule as needed based on variations in the weather or changes in your home heating habits. This takes the responsibility of monitoring the heating oil level in your tank off your shoulders and allows our automated system to mitigate any chance of you ever running out of fuel. In addition, you have the added benefit of qualifying for one of our comprehensive service plans so you will never have to worry about untimely equipment breakdowns again.
COD
For those customers who prefer to pay as they go, we also offer a payment upon delivery option. COD customers can pay by either cash or credit card, but receive a discount when they pay with cash. Please call us today and a member of our customer care team will be happy to assist you.

Will-Call
While the vast majority of Hi-Ho customers rely on our automatic delivery service, some do prefer to manually check their own oil tanks and control their own heating oil delivery schedule. We are more than happy to accommodate will call customers. However, we ask that a minimum of three business days between delivery request and physical oil delivery is allowed four to five business days during inclement weather. If you prefer to be a Hi-Ho will-call customer, please be sure to plan ahead to ensure you don’t run out of fuel.
